Or a new Motor FNOL service, for example, which could be up and running almost overnight. Because we’ve refined our processes over many years we are able to be very agile. Our bespoke systems are managed and maintained in house so we are in full control of project implementation.

A modular approach to claims management
There is no restriction to a specific set or grouping of services, our modular approach can be scaled up or down as you require.
We do as much or as little as you need. It could be call answering out of hours in our 24/7 call centre or a full end to end FNOL to settlement service.
Any type of claims service can be separated into a stand-alone service, added to or changed. Because all of our services are controlled through our claims management system it’s easy to manage and quick to deliver, with our team always having a consistent way of working.
