25 March 2020: With government requesting significantly reduced movement, we have made the decision to safeguard our employees and move to a virtual office environment.
As of 24th March our office and contact centre in Norwich is closed and all work is now being carried out using secure communication mechanisms from our employee’s homes.
These are absolutely unprecedented times but with the great attitude, management support and technology behind our operation we can continue to be here, 24/7 supporting policyholders.
“Our people have shown such a great team spirit in what is new territory for all of us. I am constantly impressed by the energy and creativity I see every day, ” commented Jason Tripp, Managing Director. He added “By adhering to the restrictions and maintaining our social distancing I hope we’ve mitigated the risks as much as possible.”
Needless to say call volumes relating to road traffic accidents are significantly reduced at this time and we remain confident of maintaining a good service that can keep people who need to travel on the road.
We continue to work with all of our supply chain partners who are taking similar measures to ensure their staff’s wellbeing and business continuity.
