After the launch of our revolutionary solution for bespoke and scalable motor claims management ‘Cobalt’ in October, the proposition has already gained incredible traction, and we are backing the proposition and proving our confidence in Cobalt by commissioning independent reports to enable potential customers to discover how Cobalt may benefit them.

We have engaged independent consultancy company SX3 in a first of its kind customer audit process for potential customers. SX3, who is renowned across the claims sphere, will provide participating companies with free independent assessments of their existing claims management solutions.

Following a detailed review including but not limited to customer satisfaction levels, service and cost comparisons, the reports will highlight a number of key opportunities and areas for improvement within their current claims processes. Each report will also conclude with a no-cost or commitment transparent evaluation that determines whether or not the introduction of Cobalt to their service repertoire would be beneficial.
